How long before do I need to book for events rentals and photo booth?
Booking is to be done as early as possible as we tend to get booked quickly. Generally, a week in advance is best so we can promise you our best service.
What are the payment terms?
For events and photo booth, we require a 50% deposit a week to minimum 2 days before the rental day. For bank transfers, please ensure the money reaches our account minimum 1 day before the event.
What is the return/exchange policy?
We have a strict no refund policy however for events and photo booth you may get a credit note, which you can use for up to a year.
For products, also, there is no return policy, and only packed goods can be exchanged for credit note. Goods sold unpacked cannot be exchanged also.
Cancellation of any events, services, rentals or any other package will incur 50% cancellation charge.
What is Delivery terms and conditions?

Can I collect the items from your store?
We are an online store but we do get many collection requests. For pick up, you will have to order on phone and book a time for pick up from our warehouse located at DIP -. We try our best to accommodate all requests for pick up but sometimes we are too busy so please bear with us.
How do you inform about my payment confirmation?
Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt.
Accuracy of billing and account information
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and payment information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your information, including your email address and so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

1. How long does a latex balloon last?
Latex balloons last for max 8 to 12 hours. You can increase its float time to up to 24 hours by opting for hi-float liquid injected into the balloons. That will cost you just 1dhs per balloon.
2. How long does a foil balloon last?
Foil balloons tend to last much longer. The average float time is 24 hours to up to 3 days and varies from balloon to balloon.
3. How long before can I place my order?
You can place your order within 2 hours and up to 3 months before your delivery, date and time and we will try our best to be ON time as always.
4. This amazing service! Can you deliver at the exact time we ask for?
We try our best, and are usually successful on delivering at the exact requested time. But sometimes due to reasons out of our control we can be a bit late but we always strive to deliver within 1 hour of the scheduled time.
5. Do you customize balloons, like put my message on them?
Yes we do customize balloons with stickers or printing (depending on quantity). So do let us know for all your customization ideas and requirements.
6. Can you write a message and hang it with the balloons?
Yes, please let us know the message you want us to write and hang on to the balloon. It looks beautiful and personalized! You can select a small Greeting card to be added.
7. How come you sell at such discounted rates?
We keep our costs low by maintaining an online store only. We can pass on huge discounts to our customers on long term rentals and services!
